Refund Policy

This policy covers purchases made on this website, not purchases through Steam.

Requesting a refund

Contact us with your account name, purchase date, order or transaction ID, and a description of the problem. Never send a card number or security code.

We review duplicate charges, failed digital delivery, and defective purchases for correction or refund. Other requests are reviewed individually, including whether Pit Tokens or membership benefits have been used. Any statutory refund rights remain unaffected.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Bank posting times vary. Refunded Pit Tokens or associated entitlements may be removed. Cancelling a membership renewal does not automatically refund an already-paid period.
