We use linked account identifiers, account progress, creations, purchase records, and technical security information to run Race on Stream, deliver purchases, prevent abuse, and provide support.

Card information is entered on Authorize.net's hosted payment form, not collected by this website's application. We receive transaction information needed to verify purchases, deliver benefits, and handle refunds. Account authentication and payment providers process information under their own policies.

Necessary cookies maintain your signed-in session. Browser storage can hold your cart and creator recovery data. Public creations and public profile information may be visible to others.

Contact us to ask about your data or request correction or deletion. Some transaction and security records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Bug reports and diagnostics

Website errors and supported game errors may send a build identifier, error category, timestamp and page or game-mode context. You can also submit a description using Report a bug. Do not include passwords, payment details or private account data. We do not attach full game logs, saves or memory dumps. Recent diagnostic samples are retained for up to 30 days; grouped counts and resolution notes remain for maintenance. Game automatic reporting can be disabled with the -RaceNoBugReports launch option.
